Feedback sought from the Latrobe Valley

Feedback is being sought on whether health and wellbeing within the Latrobe Valley has improved in recent years?

The Latrobe Health Innovation Zone (including the Latrobe Health Assembly and Latrobe Health Advocate) have been working to improve health and wellbeing in the Latrobe Valley since 2017. For example, the Latrobe Health Assembly has delivered over 70 projects in partnership with local organisations such as the hello campaign, healthy supermarkets initiative, mental health café and the community health nurses in primary schools program.

An anonymous survey has been developed to understand your views and perspectives on how projects such as these, and the work of the Latrobe Health Assembly has contributed to changes in health and wellbeing in the Latrobe Valley. Your feedback will be a valuable input into an evaluation currently being undertaking to understand the impact of the Latrobe Health Innovation Zone, Assembly and Advocate.
